Isabella Gee

Isabella joined the Sloan Foundation in May 2022 as a Program Associate supporting Evan Michelson in the Energy and Environment program. She was previously a Program Fellow since February 2021.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Isabella was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Webber Energy Group at the University of Texas, Austin. Her main research focus was on energy systems modeling and decarbonization, with a background in the food-energy nexus. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia, an M.S. in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, and a Ph.D. In Civil Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin.
